Task lists are growing and days are seemingly getting shorter, hello Autumn, did we even have a Summer? However, on the flipside, a year feels like forever ago and can you actually remember what you did last weekend without pausing to compute your memories (do I blame it on the wine or is it Alzheimer’s)? And how many times a day are you reflecting on the BS tasks that consume your time and lessen the productivity of at very least ticking away at that to-do list? Imagine if you could tick away that list and streamline productivity by leaning up production and processes in time frames no one thought possible. Hello BI (Business Intelligence), goodbye BS. BrainStorm IT have a framework that allows you to build your wildest list ticking tasks and processes against, you guessed it, it is called the Brain.
Introducing the Brain.
The Brain is the mastermind (pun intended) of Tyronne Osborne founder and CEO of BrainStorm IT an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Custom Development Software company. With success stories aplenty the most recent of them all is a ‘Pricebook’ that is about to launch for Stramit, a major Australian manufacturer of roll-formed steel building products, including roof and wall cladding, guttering, fascia, purlins, flooring, and structural formwork. In a nutshell, this project has turned a task that used to take seven days into 40 seconds give or take a few seconds. Yes, you read that right; 604,800 seconds turned into 40 seconds!

The end of the human workforce?
Yes, this is amazing and what is even better is that this means more time for better things, and no this won’t be the end of the human workforce. It does, however, enhance workplaces to better use the skills of their employees. Instead, employees can develop and refine skills in the workplace that will enrich them for a better future along with workplace satisfaction, whilst enabling growth for their company. Implementation, a word that means change, a word that can be the demise of a workplace and define a culture, if you let it. Implementation is about having a goal, working as a team and communicating everything along the way. The great thing about the ‘Brain’ and BrainStorm IT is that it works for you, it is your servant, and the guys at BrainStorm IT actually know how to communicate and support teams through change. BI is a journey and is here to stay. No matter where your company is on that journey there is still plenty of opportunities to grow and innovate processes for growth in employees and business. In order for companies to be successful, they will need to let go of the BS and embrace the BI.
