Small to Medium Enterprises (SME’s) are on the rise in Australia and are beginning to benefit the country’s economy thanks to innovation. They are transforming to more efficient processes, doing away with manual processes and automating as many parts of the business that they can. BrainStorm Software have found a way to assist SMEs creating custom developed software that has already helped and saved many businesses.
A recent CSIRO report, found that for every dollar invested in research and development there is a $3.5 return on investment and a 10 percent average annual return. (Ref: see below)
Owner and CEO of BrainStorm Software Ty Osborne has seen first-hand how companies that stay innovative and ahead of the game using the right software succeed.
“Recently we helped solve an issue for one of our clients who was losing countless amounts of money on missing stock. They would order say 20 of a product and only 18 would arrive, however they were never able to calculate this. We custom developed a product to fit into their CSI (ERP), that would calculate this and send it to the finance team to follow-up credit for their next order.” (APG)
“This is just one of the many examples of our custom developed products. Our proprietary “Brain” technology is getting smarter all the time and the solutions it creates are going to help our customers operate using all sorts of new technologies to help solve their most critical pain points,” said Ty.
Recently the company launched software to assist the Warehousing industry and later this year and early 2023 they will be launching an operational management solution TiBI, configuration quotation and ordering solution CoBI and MeBI an industrialised messaging solution. One of their already successful solutions is MoBI, a sales automation software, which enables full-scale measurability and accountability, and increases efficiency for a company’s sales team. Another successful solution is not software but InBI, their business intelligence strategy solution, which assists businesses in mapping out their future tech needs.
“InBI is important for all companies, the first thing to do when looking into new and innovative software is to assess the Business Intelligence that you already have, which will give you a good idea on how to roadmap your future business,” Ty explains.
The best part about these solutions Ty says…”is that they can plug into any company’s CSI or be standalone products, which seem to be more suited to SMEs who can’t afford or need a full ERP.”
“We’ve been helping businesses since 2013 and one of my favourite things about running BrainStorm is watching how well companies succeed with these technologies,” he said.
BrainStorm Software specialises in custom development with all of their products run off their proprietary “The Brain”, this makes integration easy and seamless. To learn more about BrainStorm Software visit www.brainstormit.com.au.
